Booked by Sarah Hayward (resident) – and we have lots of others who are resident. Invoice is by email which can be forwarded to treasurer for payment.

Has a projector screen, and projectors are available – need to ensure if Sarah Hayward is not in attendance that we ensure someone from the village who knows how these things work is coming, or Sarah can brief someone else on committee how things work there. P.A. and hearing loop in place – there is a headset microphone in the safe that will ensure the speaker speaks directly into microphone so it will come through on hearing loop. This is likely true at other venues.
