Walking Netball is very similar to the standard game but you are not allowed to run or jump, so it is very inclusive and ideal for the more mature sportspeople amongst us. We meet at Quantock Lodge Sports Hall for a one-hour session that includes skills practice followed by a short game. Most members of the group haven’t played since they were at school, so beginners are very welcome. You can expect an enjoyable, sociable hour with some healthy exercise thrown in.
